Refreshment

of the Angels

Peasant cuisine, sustainable and seasonal, just as they have handed it down to us

You don’t come here just to eat, but to savor a piece of Maremma. Our cuisine is simple, made of seasonal ingredients, zero kilometer and prepared with respect for the land. Each dish is born from a philosophy of reuse and sustainability: we transform every vegetable from our garden into something good.

Fresh homemade pasta, every day with our hands

Every morning we knead as we used to, with simple and genuine ingredients: good flour, eggs from our hens and a little patience. Our first courses are born from this tradition: pici, gnocchi, tagliatelle and stuffed tortelli, to be enjoyed with rustic and tasty sauces, which tell the story of our land.

Our products:

from the earth, with respect

Tuscan PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lavender, organic vegetables: Maremma on the plate… and more.

THE PHILOSOPHY OF REUSE

At the Court of Angels we believe that nothing goes to waste.
Our idea of sustainability is made up of concrete, daily gestures: we recover, we repair, we reuse. In the kitchen we valorise every ingredient, especially those from the garden, transforming them into simple, good and never banal dishes. Our fixed menu is also born like this, from what the earth gives us and from how we decide not to waste anything.
