Public charging is expensive for slow and certainly for fast charging (DC). To reduce your TCO, an investment in an office charging plaza is necessary. This allows to charge at your own electricity cost and optimise your solar or wind energy if available.

SMART CHARGING SAVES CAPACITY

An electrical connection is always limited in power. The consumption of your office can vary greatly.  That is why we distribute the available power among the charging points every second. NO VENDOR LOCK-IN

STROOHM believes in independent management of your charging stations without "vendor lock-in" for hosting. We provide only hardware that can be managed by multiple management softwares. Our hosting rates are competitive and clear.

MULTIPLE TARIFF GROUPS

The rates paid by third parties, visitors, employees with or without a company car can also be set flexibly.

MANAGEMENT PLATFORM

Access is given to the Charge Point Management system to see the status of all chargers at the office and charging cards.

RESERVATION SYSTEM

We work with a number of partners who can manage reservations at charging stations through an integration with our charging station management system. This way it can be ensured that certain charging stations remain available. 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

STROOHM has in house technical support team that solves problems remotely or via service technicians on site. We have good collaboration with our hardware partners to find a solution in case of a breakdown. With our FAQ, most of the issues can be solved immediatly by the employees.

BRANDING

We can design the chargers accordingly to your branding guidelines. Visitors will immediately recognise your company when they enjoy the comfort of charging.

WARRANTY HANDLING

At STROOHM, we take care of all warranty issues for our clients, in collaboration with various infrastructure manufacturers. We ensure that all transports and related administrative tasks are handled accurately and on time. For this service, we pass on all applied warranty conditions & tariffs from the manufacturers to our clients, with a limited administrative surcharge of min €50, capped at a maximum of €250.

PAYMENT TERMINAL

If wanted, visitors can pay via QR code or via robust payment terminal. This terminal can activate multiple chargers from 1 location.
