What is the difference between kW and kWh?

Power is expressed in kW (kilowatts). Consumption is expressed in kWh (kilowatt-hours). A charging station that delivers 22 kW for one hour will result in a consumption of 22 kWh.

You can also think of this in terms of a water tap. Power (kW) is like the flow rate of water coming out of the tap. Consumption (kWh) is the total amount of water that has flowed through the tap over a certain period.
