Your charge point is always connected to your wifi network. If this is not possible then it will be connected with a cable but always to your own home network. This gives the device both internet access as well as the ability to load balance with a device on the P1 port of your digital counter.
Doing this also gives you the ability to manage certain parameters of your charge point. For example, as of now, there is also the option for Smart Charging (Scheduled Charging) to set yourself when you want your car to be charged.
