If you are a resident of a VME, and Stroohm has installed charging points in the common parking area, you must first create an account on our platform.
Afterward, we will link and configure your charging point according to the agreements within the VME.
Go to https://stroohm.evc-net.com/ and click on “Register” at the top.
If you want the billing to be handled through your company with a valid VAT number, choose “Company.”
Otherwise, choose “Private” for all other cases (including freelance professionals or if you only have a Chamber of Commerce number).
Fill in all the mandatory fields (marked with *) and indicate “No, I do not need a card” under “Do you already have a card?”
A Stroohm charging card can be obtained through the initial order of the charging point; our installer will provide the required number of cards. Alternatively, you can purchase them later through your VME.
If you can benefit from a reimbursement of charging sessions through your employer, you can use an external charging card, provided you subscribe to the “semi-public” plan at the charging station.
If you already have a new, unregistered Stroohm charging card, enter the card details under “Yes, I already have a card.”
In the next step, fill in the bank details for automatic subscription billing.
In the comments section, specify the VME you belong to and the parking space you own so that we can link them to the correct charging point and serial number. If there is any other information you wish to share with us, feel free to add it.
At the end of the form, agree to the terms and conditions.
You will receive an email to confirm your account.
Afterward, we will evaluate and approve your account. If the charging point is already available, we will link it to your account and notify you accordingly.
