Onboarding on the Stroohm LMS platform of a fixed charge point that was not installed by Stroohm

If you are an employee of a company that is a Stroohm customer for charge cards and home charging session refunds, and you already have a charge point from a party other than Stroohm, it is possible (after investigation) whether we can “onboard” your charge point on the Stroohm LMS platform.

This way, you can also enjoy automatic refunds of home charging sessions.

You must first request permission for this via your fleet manager, given that there is a cost associated with this which your employer pays to Stroohm.

To check whether your charge point is compatible, we need the info below:

– Brand:

– Type:

– Year of manufacture:

– Serial number:

– Back office set up? -> yes, which one? no -> “LMS” or “Last Mile Solutions” must be set.

– Connected to the internet? If yes, via UTP, wifi or SIM card?

– Total power in kW:

– Max current in ampere:

– Number of phases (single-phase or 3-phase?):

– Address where the charge point is installed:

 

Furthermore, your employer should first create an employee account on the platform where your address details and bank account number are listed.
