Why do I need to provide my bank details during registration?

During the registration of your charging card (associated with the Stroohm charging management subscription), you are required to register in order to use the card.

During this process, we ask for your bank details for automatic direct debit. Below, we explain why this information is requested:

Are you a company car driver, and does billing need to be done through your employer? In that case, we require your bank details to reimburse charging expenses. Nothing will be debited unless you incur charging costs outside the agreement with your employer.
If you are personally responsible for your electricity consumption and have a Stroohm charging card, we need your bank details to debit your charging management subscription if you subscribe to it or to debit charging costs if you use a public charging station.
