After a comprehensive three-month training program, you’ll enjoy a high degree of independence. Assignments are sent directly to your smartphone, providing all the preparatory information you need. This allows you to head directly to the client from home each morning. You’ll have your own van, equipped with top-quality tools and materials from leading brands.
You will regularly visit our headquarters in Schelle. As an installer, your role is crucial and involves significant customer interaction. These office visits are an opportunity to share knowledge and experiences with your colleagues, ensuring that you have a tangible impact on our organization. The office team is your backup for any challenges you encounter, making a good connection with them invaluable.
- Preparing for assignments using provided work orders on your smartphone.
- Maintaining and ordering stock for your van.
- Informing the end-user about your approach, installation, and operation of the charging point.
- Installing charging points, including cabling and installation.
- Conducting audits to analyze installation solutions.
- Troubleshooting issues between 07:00 and 17:00.
- Performing maintenance on charging points.
- Providing feedback to improve processes based on your experience.
- Keeping your knowledge up to date with our in-house training programs.
You have an A2 diploma in electricity or equivalent experience. You find satisfaction in delivering top-quality installations at homes or offices. You are resilient under pressure and take pride in completing tasks to the highest standard. You communicate effectively and derive satisfaction from having happy customers.
- Technical Proficiency: Understands the technical aspects of charging points and can explain them clearly.
- Industry Insight: Keeps up-to-date with trends and developments in the electric vehicle (EV) and renewable energy sectors.
- Sales Skills: Able to convincingly present the benefits of charging points and close deals effectively.
